7 ounces unsweetened dark chocolate
6 tbsp peanut butter
6 large medjool dates
- melt the dark chocolate until it is silky.
- line muffin cups with parchment paper cups and pour the chocolate about 1/3 inch high.
- then, top with 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter and lay a flattened medjool date on top.
- add some sea salt and place in the freezer for 20-30 min. you don’t want to keep them in longer than that because the dates will become rock hard.
- thaw a little bit before eating and store in the FRIDGE in an airtight container.
