Healthy Banana Date Chocolate Bites

it’s almost sweet summer time and that means i am turning on my oven as little as possible!

treats like Healthy Banana Date Chocolate Bites always come in handy and make the best kind of dessert.

juicy medjool dates naturally sweeten any recipe and the banana slices in Healthy Banana Date Chocolate Bites just adds to the creamy goodness!

they are packed with caramel deliciousness from the dates, crunchy peanut butter and chocolate, of course.

banana slices that have been mixed with thick and creamy coconut yogurt are the ultimate addition and add somewhat of an “ice cream” component.

you will have to freeze Healthy Banana Date Chocolate Bites for them to set and then store the bites in the fridge.

the chocolate will stay hardened and the banana slices coated yogurt will get nice and creamy.

if you store Healthy Banana Date Chocolate Bites in the freezer, then the dates will become rock hard and we don’t want that.

you can use any kind of nut butter when it comes to making Healthy Banana Date Chocolate Bites.

a very thick and sturdy nut butter is best for this recipe. you will want a solid nut butter so it doesn’t run everywhere.

here’s everything you need to make Healthy Banana Date Chocolate Bites
