No Bake Blueberry Superfood Lactation Cookies

whether you’re breastfeeding or not, No Bake Blueberry Superfood Lactation Cookies are a must-make! you don’t have to be lactating to enjoy these delicious gems! they are totally for everyone.

they’re absolutely packed with nutrients and perfectly sweet thanks to medjool dates.

every time that i reach for one in the freezer, i truly get excited!

i get to eat a nourishing treat and give my body proper nutrients for the ultimate fuel.

in order to make the cookies blueberry flavored, you’re going to need freeze fried blueberries!

however, you don’t need to use blueberries, many different fruits will work. what’s important is that they’re freeze dried.

strawberries would be fantastic! i have made something similar in the past with freeze dried strawberries, and the bites i made tasted like those nostalgic strawberry ice cream bars.

you could also use apples, mango, banana or raspberries. the possibilities are plentiful.

to make No Bake Superfood Lactation Cookies, you will also need a food processor as that is how the dough is made.

No Bake Superfood Lactation Cookies are to be stored in the freezer in an airtight container and thawed before eating them.

the cookies should be good for a couple of weeks stored that way and i eat one a day!

so, why are No Bake Superfood Lactation Cookies lactation-friendly? the cookies CAN help increase your supply, but of course everyone is different and there’s no guarantees.

the best way from what i have read to boost your supply is to constantly breastfeed but it’s nice to potentially have a little help from some yummy treats.

ALSO, always consult with your DOCTOR, don’t solely base things off of bloggers or influencers.

when it comes to lactation ingredients, think oats, flax meal, dates and more! what i love about No Bake Superfood Lactation Cookies is that they’re naturally sweetened with dates, which is amazing for new mamas.

also, these cookies are WAY faster to make than baking a batch of cookies and time is limited as a new mama.
