Antioxidant-Packed Blueberry Greek Frozen Yogurt

Taste

This frozen yogurt is bright, naturally sweet, and perfectly balanced. The blueberries and blueberry jam bring a deep, fruity flavor, while the manuka honey adds a rich, slightly floral sweetness that makes this taste like a true treat. The hint of cinnamon and vanilla rounds everything out, giving it a cozy, dessert-like flavor without being overly sweet.

Texture

Thanks to the Ninja Creami, the texture is incredibly smooth, creamy, and scoopable, just like traditional frozen yogurt. It’s thick, luscious, and melts beautifully with each bite. If you do a quick respin with a splash of liquid, it becomes even creamier and more indulgent.

Benefits

This recipe isn’t just delicious, it’s packed with nutrients. Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants that support overall health and skin vitality.

Manuka honey is known for its antibacterial and gut-supporting properties. The whole milk Greek yogurt adds protein and probiotics, making this a satisfying, gut-friendly dessert that can also help keep you full. It’s a feel-good treat that delivers on both flavor and nutrition.

Substitutions

  • You can swap the Greek yogurt for dairy-free yogurt to make this completely dairy-free.
  • Maple syrup or regular honey can be used in place of manuka honey if needed.
  • Any frozen berries or berry jam will work here—strawberry, raspberry, or mixed berry are all great options.
  • For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder and slightly increase the liquid.

No-Churn Method (Alternative)

If you don’t have a Ninja Creami, you can still make this using a no-churn method. Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2–3 hours. Stir every 30–45 minutes to help break up ice crystals. Keep in mind, the texture will not be as creamy or smooth as the Creami version, but it will still be delicious and refreshing.

Storage

Store any leftovers in the Ninja Creami pint container or an airtight freezer-safe container. When frozen solid, let it sit at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes before scooping, or re-spin in the Ninja Creami to bring back that creamy texture. For best results, enjoy within 3–5 days.
