Vegan No Bake Snickers Inspired Bars

Vegan No Bake Snickers Inspired Bars are the new bars on the block or should i say, the blog, and this is a recipe you don’t want to miss. from an easy preparation process to amazing and indulgent flavors, there’s nothing less than perfect about this recipe.

while Vegan No Bake Snickers Inspired Bars are indeed decadent, they are also made with MUCH better for you ingredients.

snickers are not vegan as you probably know, and your girl had the biggest craving, so here we are.

there’s definitely some sugar in this recipe between the layers, but probably not as much as you would think.

the base layer has 1/3 cup agave and the peanut butter filling calls for 3 tbsp.

if you want to minimize the sugar a little further, choose chocolate chips that don’t have a lot of sugar.

also, you could use a sugar free brand like lakanto, that would work well!

oh man, that peanut butter caramel layer really does it for me, i’m totally obsessed.

if i had to choose a favorite part of the Vegan No Bake Snickers Inspired Bars, the peanut butter caramel is it.

you only need peanut butter, agave, vanilla extract, coconut oil and peanuts. super easy, right?!

then, as far as the base layer goes, there’s a combination of coconut flour and almond flour :).

a chocolate coating is an absolute must and you’re just going to need your favorite chocolate chips + coconut oil.

while the recipe may look slightly intimidating, i promise that it’s anything but.

you can store Vegan No Bake Snickers Inspired Bars in the fridge OR freezer.

if you store them in the freezer, just be sure to let the bars thaw until they’re on a softer side. i like to leave them out at room temp for a bit.

the only thing that would have made these bars better, is if there was ice cream in them lol. maybe next time!
