1/4-1/3 cup coconut oil depending on how thin or thick you want the coating

mix the base layer ingredients together and shape the dough into small rectangles about 1 inch wide and a couple of inches long. you can make them as thick as you would like.
then, mix the caramel layer ingredients together and lay a generous amount on top of the base layer.
place in the freezer for 45 minutes to set.
melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together, and then dunk the bars into the chocolate coating.
place back in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes, and enjoy!
