on a wednesday, we make Cinnamon Roll White Chocolate Protein Bites and they are a vegan, gluten-free and healthier treat dream come true. made with almond flour and oat flour, they’re the perfect treat to have on hand in the fridge or freezer.
the white chocolate shell on Cinnamon Roll White Chocolate Protein Bites is truly divine!
the only vegan white chocolate that i can find is Pascha and you can order it online.

if you can’t find vegan white chocolate, then you can always use some coconut butter to create a beautiful glaze.
also, you’re going to need some vanilla protein for this recipe and any will work!
just make sure that you use the same amount of grams that i did, which is 31g per scoop, and since i used two, its 62g total.

we love the garden of life raw vanilla protein, but anything is going to work! the cinnamon and vanilla flavors go so well together!
honestly, these bites taste like little mini healthy cinnamon rolls.
the texture is truly incredible! they are dough-y but also sturdy and hold up super well.

they’re very portable, so you can take the bites on the go! i recommend storing them in the freezer if you want to keep them longer term.
no bake treats are honestly the best and Cinnamon Roll White Chocolate Protein Bites are treats that you can feel amazing about eating.
they’re sweetened with a little bit of agave, which i totally love by the way.
if you don’t have any or don’t want to use agave, you can also try brown rice syrup. i think that maple syrup would work too!

here’s everything you need to make Cinnamon Roll White Chocolate Protein Bites
