Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup oat flour
1/4 cup agave
2 scoops vanilla protein (62g)
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
white chocolate coating: 5 ounces white chocolate + 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
mix the cinnamon roll bites ingredients together in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
form into balls and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together and then dunk the bites in the melted white chocolate.
place back in the freezer for 60 minutes until the bites set and enjoy! store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
