the brownies are made with delicious ingredients that are wholesome and packed with rich flavor.

to make Super Fudgy Vegan and Gluten Free Sweet Potato Brownies extra chocolatey, you can add in some dairy free chocolate chips.

to decrease the amount sugar in this recipe, you could use chocolate chips with no added sugar or ones with just a little bit.

the frosting is just a mixture of my brownie cheesecake vegan cream cheese that i made with monty’s and melted chocolate.

we are going to restock soon, so stay tuned!

you can store Super Fudgy Vegan and Gluten Free Sweet Potato Brownies in the fridge and warm one up before eating.

they will become firm when stored in the fridge yet still maintain their fudgy texture!

here’s everything you need to make Super Fudgy Vegan and Gluten Free Sweet Potato Brownies

mashed sweet potato (used hannah sweet potato)

runny peanut butter or nut/seed butter

cocoa powder

vanilla extract

maple syrup

dairy free milk

gluten free oat flour

dairy free chocolate chips

while i baked the brownies in a larger bread loaf pan, you can totally use an 8 x 8 inch square pan, just decrease the baking time a bit.

one of the most important steps when it comes to making Super Fudgy Vegan and Gluten Free Sweet Potato Brownies is to let them cool completely before slicing into them.

this will enable the brownies to become firm. i actually placed the brownies in the fridge for an hour or so after they cooled on the counter.

  1. I love this recipe! I used greek yogurt instead of nut butter, and rex placed half the cocoa powder with protein powder. I baked them for longer but they turned out so well and fudgy! They taste just like regular brownies, even better if you ask me!
