Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups mashed sweet potato (mash as finely as possible)
1/2 cup runny peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup dairy free milk
2/3 cup gluten free oat flour
1/3-1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the brownie ingredients in a food processor until a thick and very smooth batter forms. fold in chocolate chips if desired.
bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes. cool down for an hour on the counter and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
frost the brownies if desired and then cut into slices. store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy.
