Vegan No Bake Protein Cinnamon Rolls are the best thing to happen to you all summer. they’re perfectly delicious protein-packed treats that will leave you feeling oh so satisfied.
while Vegan No Bake Protein Cinnamon Rolls are sweet, they’re not overly sweet by any means and this is definitely a healthier dessert/snack.
protein powder is what makes Vegan No Bake Protein Cinnamon Rolls filling and a go to snack. if you want something a little sweet, but not indulgent, this is it.
the base is made with simple ingredients and rolled out into a thick square about 1/2 inch thick.
Vegan No Bake Protein Cinnamon Rolls are thiiiick but you can absolutely make the dough thinner and roll it out to 1/3 inch thick.
then, a coconut sugar cinnamon mixture is added to the top before i slathered a generous amount of vegan cream cheese on top.
don’t worry if the cinnamon sugar mixes with the vegan cream cheese when you spread it out, that’s part of the fun.
while the vegan cream cheese that i used is plain and has no added sugar, you can absolutely add some sweetener.
i would recommend adding a couple tbsp of lakanto or maple syrup. there is a little bit of maple syrup in the dough but just 1/4 cup.
Vegan No Bake Protein Cinnamon Rolls can be stored in the fridge or the freezer! they will last longer in the freezer but need to be thawed before eating.
personally, i love storing 1/2 of the rolls in the freezer and 1/2 in the fridge. that way, there’s a few ready to go for the next few days.

Vegan No Bake Protein Cinnamon RollsCourse: Desserts, No Bake
3 scoops vanilla protein (31g protein per scoop)
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1/3 cup cinnamon apple sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup dairy free milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon coconut sugar mixture
- 3/4 cup vegan cream cheese
- mix the dough ingredients in a food processor until a smooth and thick dough forms.
- then, roll out into about a 1/2 inch thick square.
- sprinkle a cinnamon sugar mixture on the top and press it down into the dough.
- then, add the vegan cream cheese and spread it out. add more cinnamon sugar mixture to the top of the cream cheese.
- roll up into a log, place in the freezer for 30 minutes and cut into rolls. store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. thaw before eating if storing in the freezer.
