it’s always a good day to eat vegan chocolate peanut butter cake bars! these are the best cake bars you’ll ever try! they’re made with amazing ingredients too, including Endangered Species Chocolate.
also, if you use gluten-free oat flour, the cake bars are totally gluten free! you need almond flour too.
as you have probably heard me say before, oat flour and almond flour are the ultimate combination when it comes to vegan baking.

everything ends up being so soft, fluffy, yet fudgy and slightly dense.
vegan chocolate peanut butter cake bars are a fudgy dream indeed, just look at that texture! they’re a cross between a brownie and cake really, but i just went with cake bars for the name.
the extra chocolate-y goodness is brought to you by Endangered Species Oat Milk Chocolate Bars!

if you’ve been around for a while, you know that ESC is one of my favorite brands in the world!
nothing compares to the smooth and creamy taste that ESC oat milk chocolate brings, you won’t even believe they’re vegan!
for my Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Bars, i specifically used my favorite ESC bar- OAT MILK, RICE CRISP + DARK CHOCOLATE! it’s made with gluten-free organic rice crisps by the way!
are you a fan of oat milk? you may have tried it in coffee, but it’s AMAZING in chocolate.

the bars have just the right amount of crunchy goodness, so they make a perfect treat on their own! you can use whatever ESC chocolate bar you want though! also, the oat milk + dark chocolate premium baking chips would be fabulous too.
itโs always amazing to work with a brand that gives back, especially to wildlife and as you know, animals are everything to me.
such good chocolate, good cause, cool cool, what are you waiting for?!
