strawberry shortcake protein pop version is at the bottom of this post!
ah, taking the beloved classic fudge pops a different route with these Frozen Brownie Protein Fudge Pops!
packed with dates, protein powder, and cocoa powder, these delicious and easy treats are fantastic!
the yummy treats are similar to my Frozen Cookie Dough Protein Pops, but fudgy!

there’s still a lot of protein packed in here and Frozen Brownie Protein Fudge Pops will leave you feeling full while also satisfying your dessert cravings.
the brownie portion of the fudge pops are super decadent and wonderfully chocolatey.
plus, the protein powder and dates add a lot of nutrients.
you can use chocolate protein powder or vanilla like i did! either will work because there’s cocoa powder in the fudge pops.
you could even use peanut butter or really any protein flavor that works with cocoa!
i scooped the brownies onto a parchment lined plate or tray and added the popsicle sticks before freezing.

pro tip- since the batter is sticky, ever so slightly wet your fingers and flatten the batter into circles.
after they freeze for a few hours, i coated them in melted chocolate to make them a just little sweeter!
plus, a chocolate shell is super fun and who could resist?
i used lower sugar chocolate chips, but feel free to use any kind that you want.
this recipe is super easy to make and great for when you want something sweet but also something to cool you down on those hot summer days!
