mix the fudge pop ingredients in a food processor until a thick and creamy mixture forms.
scoop a large spoonful and evenly distribute on a parchment lined plate or tray. you can ever so slightly wet your fingers to press the batter down into a circle.
add popsicle sticks to the inside of each pop.
freeze for a few hours and then coat in melted chocolate.
place back in the freezer for 20 minutes and enjoy!
