these thick and creamy Frozen Cookie Dough Protein Pops are the summer treat to keep in your freezer!
Frozen Cookie Dough Protein Pops are super easy to make and require very minimal ingredients!
it’s shocking how good these are! if you let Frozen Cookie Dough Protein Pops thaw a little bit before snacking, they become the perfect texture.

these treats are PACKED with protein from the peanut butter and vanilla protein powder – making sure you get all the good nutrients you need with some extra sweets snuck in. ๐
if you want to increase the protein content even more, just use a yogurt higher in protein.
the pops themselves also have some creamy dairy free yogurt (i used Culina, but you can use any kind you like) and mini chocolate chips.
the peanut butter and protein powder really thicken up the mixture and make it just like cookie dough.

this ensures a creamy texture after you let them thaw a bit as opposed to an icy one!
i covered the pops in a chocolate coating to give it some extra chocolatey goodness, too!
while i made bite sized smaller pops, you can make them into any size you want.
