depending on the kind of protein you use, there may be sweetener in that, but overall, these cups are perfectly balanced.

you’re going to need about 1 cup of peanut butter, a 2.5 ounce bag of freeze dried bananas, vanilla extract, dairy free milk and white chocolate chips.
for the white chocolate, the brand that i can usually find in grocery stores and definitely online is pascha white chocolate.
if you can’t find any vegan white chocolate or order some online, you can try cacao butter but it will make the cups much more bitter.
if you’re just not a fan of white chocolate, you can of course swap that for vegan milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips.

you can definitely store some in the fridge, i just love a more firm fudge texture!

Banana and Peanut Butter White Chocolate Protein CupsCourse: Snacks, Sweet
2.5 ounce bag freeze dried bananas
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
60 g vanilla protein powder
1 cup dairy free milk
- 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- add all ingredients but the chocolate chips to a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms.
- mix in the chocolate chips add to parchment paper muffin cups and freeze for 45 minutes.
- enjoy and store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. thaw before eating!
