Ingredients
2.5 ounce bag freeze dried bananas
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
60 g vanilla protein powder
1 cup dairy free milk
1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips
Instructions
add all ingredients but the chocolate chips to a food processor and blend until a thick dough forms.
mix in the chocolate chips add to parchment paper muffin cups and freeze for 45 minutes.
enjoy and store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. thaw before eating!
