you just have to throw everything into a big salad bowl and mix it together.

it sort of gives bruschetta vibes and i am so here for that.

the combination of sweet strawberries and ripe mango goes so well with avocado, tomato, walnuts, onions and herbs.

Fresh and Light Nourishing Summer Salad

Prep time



6-8 servings depending on portions


  • 2 mangoes cut into cubes

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries cut into quarters

  • 2 medium-large avocados cut into cubes

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 and 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half

  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion

  • handful chopped fresh cilantro

  • handful chopped fresh basil

  • juice of 1/2 small lemon

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • sea salt and pepper to taste


  • add all ingredients to a large salad bowl.
  • mix everything together until well-combined.
  • serve at room temperature or cold (preferably).
  • store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy.
