Ingredients
2 mangoes cut into cubes
1 pint fresh strawberries cut into quarters
2 medium-large avocados cut into cubes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 and 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/3 cup chopped red onion
handful chopped fresh cilantro
handful chopped fresh basil
juice of 1/2 small lemon
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
add all ingredients to a large salad bowl.
mix everything together until well-combined.
serve at room temperature or cold (preferably).
store in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy.
