Amazingly Vegan Dessert Yogurt Bark

Amazingly Vegan Dessert Yogurt Bark is what dreams are made of…and beyond!

creamy, dreamy and thick yogurt freezes to perfection with the most scrumptious cookie dough, nut butter and chocolate.

if you want to make something special for yourself or the fam this weekend, let this be it.

truly, i cannot stress how delicious Amazingly Vegan Dessert Yogurt Bark is!!

once Amazingly Vegan Dessert Yogurt Bark sets, you can break it apart into pieces and dig in.

Amazingly Vegan Dessert Yogurt Bark should be stored in the freezer in an airtight container.

you can just let the yogurt bark thaw a little bit before eating some!

i like to let it thaw a bit because the yogurt becomes more creamy and less icy.

also, the cookie dough starts to thaw and becomes fudgy, it’s just divine!

Amazingly Vegan Dessert Yogurt Bark is very versatile because it just requires a creamy yogurt base!

while i love cocojune, feel free to use any brand that’s super thick and creamy!

you want to use a creamy brand because the thinner the yogurt, the more icy it is.

the cookie dough that i made is super simple and just requires a few ingredients.

the base is made from oat flour and you can use any nut butter that you want, it just has to be runny.

if the nut butter isn’t super runny, you can always add some dairy free milk to thin out the cookie dough more.

the cookie dough is lightly sweetened with maple syrup, which provides the bulk of the sweetness.

you can use a low sugar brand of dairy free chocolate chips too if you’re looking to minimize the amount of sugar.
