You Won’t Believe It’s Vegan Cottage Cheese

Prep time




  • 1 cup very thick and creamy tangy coconut yogurt (culina, cocojune, or harmless harvest rich and creamy)
    1 cup crumbled silken tofu (ensure excess water has been removed)
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1/4 or 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • in a mixing bowl, combine the thick and creamy coconut yogurt with the crumbled silken tofu.

  • add the fresh lemon juice and sea salt to the mixture.

  • mix everything together until well combined.

  • transfer the mixture into an airtight container.

  • refrigerate overnight to allow flavors and textures to meld.

  • serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
