1 cup very thick and creamy tangy coconut yogurt (culina, cocojune, or harmless harvest rich and creamy) 1 cup crumbled silken tofu (ensure excess water has been removed) 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 or 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
in a mixing bowl, combine the thick and creamy coconut yogurt with the crumbled silken tofu.
add the fresh lemon juice and sea salt to the mixture.
mix everything together until well combined.
transfer the mixture into an airtight container.
refrigerate overnight to allow flavors and textures to meld.
