Easy and Creamy Overnight Oats

happy monday babes! today, i’m bringing you Easy and Creamy Overnight Oats that are just out of this world. overnight oats have long been a breakfast staple in my house and i wanted to share this beyond easy recipe with you.

with minimal ingredients like old fashioned oats, coconut yogurt, almond milk and more, you can have this made in no time.

for the oats, i used gluten free sprouted ones, which happen to be my favorite and the brand is One Degree Organics.

i know that you can buy them at sprouts and whole foods for sure!

for the coconut yogurt, i used one of my absolute favorites, cocojune. it’s legit the creamiest yogurt i have ever tried.

you don’t have to use that brand, but i highly recommend using a creamy coconut yogurt for this recipe.

some other good options would be culina, Anita’s or really any brand that is just super creamy!

overnight oats are the best because you can tailor them to just about any flavors you like.

want birthday cake overnight oats? add some sprinkles! strawberry? how about some strawberry jam?

you can seriously go with so many toppings and get really creative.

since it’s basically fall, i had to go with some sautรฉed cinnamon apples, pecans and all of the peanut butter. a classic combo that has never steered me wrong.

here are all of the ingredients you’re going to need to make Easy and Creamy Overnight Oats:

  • old fashioned oats

  • coconut yogurt

  • dairy free plain milk

  • vanilla bean paste

  • hemp hearts

  • maple syrup

the hemp hearts are not necessary, although i love the taste and they do add some protein, which i am all for.

if you aren’t crazy about them or don’t have any, you could also add some chia seeds!

a tbsp or two would be plenty and create a really nice texture!
