to dress this cake up more, i recommend adding some frosting of sorts.

Peanut Butter Banana and Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

1 and 1/4 cup mashed overripe bananas
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup runny peanut butter
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 and 1/2 cups gf oat flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
- cinnamon topping
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup gf oat flour
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup dairy free milk
Directions
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- mix the cake base ingredients together until a thick dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips. add to an 8 x 8 inch well-greased cake pan and pour the cinnamon layer on top.
- bake the cake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- let the cake cool down for about 30 minutes, cut into slices and enjoy!
