1 and 1/4 cup mashed overripe bananas
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup runny peanut butter
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 and 1/2 cups gf oat flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
cinnamon topping
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup gf oat flour
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup dairy free milk
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the cake base ingredients together until a thick dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips. add to an 8 x 8 inch well-greased cake pan and pour the cinnamon layer on top.
bake the cake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
let the cake cool down for about 30 minutes, cut into slices and enjoy!
