yield 10-11 cookies
2 large overripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup runny tahini
1/2 cup very creamy dairy free yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 and 2/3 cup oat flour
1 and 1/3 cup oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- mix all of the cookie ingredients in a bowl until a thick batter forms.
- use a large ice cream scoop and evenly distribute the batter into cookies. with slightly damp fingers, press down to lightly flatten the cookies.
- bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes and enjoy!
