Healthy Vegan Cinnamon Roll Bread

Healthy Vegan Cinnamon Roll Bread is what you should make for your holiday breakfast this weekend!

there’s a decent chance that you have everything needed on hand! this bread is super easy to put together and it’s made in a blender.

on top of being easy to make, Healthy Vegan Cinnamon Roll Bread is made with minimal ingredients!

it’s incredibly healthy too as it’s packed with nutrients and predominately sweetened with bananas.

there’s a little bit of maple syrup used for the center and on top if desired, but i truly mean just a little bit!

you will need three large overripe bananas to make Healthy Vegan Cinnamon Roll Bread. the key is overripe, so make sure the bananas are super spotty!

Healthy Vegan Cinnamon Roll Bread is perfectly dense and fudgy! that is my personal favorite when it comes to banana bread textures!

there’s a nice little treat in the center as i added a layer of cinnamon, oats, oat flour, maple syrup and a little bit of avocado oil.

then, if you want, you can mix a little bit of maple syrup and cinnamon to drizzle on top of the bread!
