making this amazing vegan brownie pie is a breeze!

with simple ingredients and straightforward instructions, it’s an easy and enjoyable recipe for both novice and experienced bakers.

the pie crust comes together effortlessly in a food processor, and after a brief bake, it sets the stage for the decadent brownie layer.

mixing the brownie ingredients is easy, and pouring it onto the pre-baked crust requires minimal effort- just the way i like it lol.

then, it’s just a matter of a final bake to achieve that perfect fudgy texture. from start to finish, this recipe is a fuss-free way to create a scrumptious vegan dessert.

the taste of this amazing vegan brownie pie is pure indulgence, it’s incredible.

the pie crust adds a nice crunch, creating the perfect contrast to the rich and fudgy brownie layer.

the combination of cocoa powder, organic raw cane sugar, and coconut yogurt delivers a decadent chocolate flavor without an overpowering amount of sweetness.

the use of avocado oil adds a velvety texture, making each bite incredibly satisfying.

allowing this amazing vegan brownie pie to set is key for achieving perfect slices.

once out of the oven, it’s SO hard to resist the temptation to cut into it immediately.

give the pie some time to cool to room temperature, allowing the brownie layer to firm up.

for the best results, refrigerate the pie for a couple of hours! this chilling process enhances the texture, making the brownie layer easier to slice into clean, neat portions.

the result is a beautifully set brownie pie that holds its shape, ensuring each slice is a good combination of crisp crust and fudgy goodness.

when it comes to topping your amazing vegan brownie pie, the options are plentiful.

a dollop of dairy-free whipped cream or a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream adds a luscious touch, contrasting the warm brownie with a cool, creamy finish!

for a textural twist, sprinkle chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds on top before serving.

also, a drizzle of melted dairy-free chocolate or a dusting of cocoa powder enhances the chocolatey goodness, adding an extra layer of richness.

fresh berries would be amazing or you can even go for a minimalist approach with a light dusting of powdered sugar for a very classic presentation.

the beauty of this brownie pie lies in its versatility, so feel free to mix and match toppings to suit your taste :).

  1. Hi, I’m a little confused. You mention coconut yogurt and avocado oil in the blog portion towards the top, but neither ingredient is listed in the actual recipe. Are these supposed to be included in the recipe or are they alternatives for the applesauce and butter? I don’t see any notes about it and would love clarification. Thank you!
