Healthier No Bake Snickers Bites

1/2 cup oat flour
1/8 cup runny peanut butter
1/8 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup runny peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup peanuts
for the chocolate coating:
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- start by making the base. in a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, runny peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. mix everything until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- once the base is ready, press it into silicone ice cube molds, ensuring it’s evenly spread and compacted. place it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
- for the filling, mix the runny peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup together. stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- pour the peanut butter mixture over the peanuts, covering them completely.
place the silicone ice cube mold in the freezer and let it set for at least 30 minutes. - then, add the melted chocolate chips on top and place back in the freezer for a few hours to set.
- once the filling has set, carefully pop the bites out of the silicone mold. you should have 9 delicious bites!
- store in the freezer in an airtight container and thaw a bit before eating!
