Instructions
start by making the base. in a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, runny peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. mix everything until it forms a dough-like consistency.
once the base is ready, press it into silicone ice cube molds, ensuring it's evenly spread and compacted. place it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
for the filling, mix the runny peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup together. stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
pour the peanut butter mixture over the peanuts, covering them completely. place the silicone ice cube mold in the freezer and let it set for at least 30 minutes.
then, add the melted chocolate chips on top and place back in the freezer for a few hours to set.
once the filling has set, carefully pop the bites out of the silicone mold. you should have 9 delicious bites!
store in the freezer in an airtight container and thaw a bit before eating!
