Vegan Superfood Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

1 and ¼ cup mashed overripe banana
½ cup thick coconut yogurt (used cocojune brand)
½ cup OMG Cookie Butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/3 cup all purpose organic unbleached flour
½ cup Super Porridge
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add in the dry ones. combine well until a smooth and thick batter forms. then, fold in the chocolate chips.
- add to a bread loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. remove the bread loaf and add aluminum foil to the top. bake an additional 15 minutes.
- let the bread cool completely so it sets and then cut into slices. store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
