Vegan Superfood Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 and ¼ cup mashed overripe banana

  • ½ cup thick coconut yogurt (used cocojune brand)

  • ½ cup OMG Cookie Butter

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 and 1/3 cup all purpose organic unbleached flour

  • ½ cup Super Porridge

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add in the dry ones. combine well until a smooth and thick batter forms. then, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • add to a bread loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. remove the bread loaf and add aluminum foil to the top. bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • let the bread cool completely so it sets and then cut into slices. store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
