Ingredients
1 and ¼ cup mashed overripe banana
½ cup thick coconut yogurt (used cocojune brand)
½ cup OMG Cookie Butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/3 cup all purpose organic unbleached flour
½ cup Super Porridge
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add in the dry ones. combine well until a smooth and thick batter forms. then, fold in the chocolate chips.
add to a bread loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. remove the bread loaf and add aluminum foil to the top. bake an additional 15 minutes.
let the bread cool completely so it sets and then cut into slices. store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
