muffins but…..s’mores? wow, i can’t think of anything better to wake up to. they’re hearty + dense and the banana muffin itself has no added sugar! i used dandies marshmallows, which are vegan and then chocolate chips with no added sugar. any kind of chocolate chips will work though, that’s just what i had on hand!
you get to make these muffins in the food processor, which makes things super easy! the pecans blended into the batter are such a good addition and make the muffin taste more like a graham cracker.

i had so many super ripe bananas on hand and wanted to get creative. marshmallows + chocolate chips were in my cabinet sooooo, banana s’mores muffins. also, the banana muffin itself is only made with 5 ingredients, so i kept things super simple.

you know i love a good bite shot!! how great does the texture look? it’s almost fudgy and even though the muffins are dense, they’re super soft.
i have LOTS of banana recipes and i’m proud of that lol. from breads, to muffins, cakes and cookies, this blog has it all. Vegan Banana S’mores Muffins is definitely one of my favorites in the muffin department.

hope you enjoy this recipe as much as i did!!
