Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats (No Added Sugar) is technically breakfast, but it might as well be dessert too! you won’t believe the level of indulgence that is reached without added sugar or any funky ingredients.
breakfast is my favorite meal of the day now that i am pregnant and i take it very seriously. truly, i look forward to breakfast every single night and think about it when i’m laying in bed.
lol, #pregnancyprobs. but seriously, pregnant or not, everyone and anyone will love Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats (No Added Sugar).

the ease and convenience of the recipe is on another level too. the oats are made from just four ingredients!
you need gluten free oats, vanilla extract, coconut cream and dairy free milk.
then, the berry chia jam is amazing and again, contains no added sugar. it doesn’t need any really because the cheesecake crumble is sweet from dates.

while i used a berry trio, you can opt to use just one berry like blueberries or raspberries. also, i did use frozen berries for the recipe, which is what i recommend.
if you want to jazz it up a little bit, you could also add some cinnamon but otherwise, you just need water and chia seeds.
oooooh and then there is the best part, at least in my opinion-the cheesecake crumbles!
the cheesecake crumbles are wholesome to say the least and they taste like cheesecake crust thanks to pecans, almond flour, dates, almond butter and vanilla extract.
here’s everything you need to make Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats (No Added Sugar)
gluten free old fashioned oats
coconut cream
dairy free milk
vanilla extract
12 ounces frozen berries
chia seeds
water
roasted pecans
runny almond butter
almond flour
medjool dates

Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats (No Added Sugar) yields enough for about 3 servings.
the parfait will easily keep well in the fridge for 2-3 days stored in an airtight container, so you could have breakfast meal prepped for a few days!
you could also make this as a treat for your partner, family or friends. it would make a fabulous brunch option since the recipe is so pretty.
you might have leftover cheesecake crumbles depending on how much you add to your overnight oats. if you do, its very easy to form the crumbles into bites, which makes the perfect snack :).

Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats (No Added Sugar)
Recipe by MaryCourse: Breakfast, Oatmeal3
servings10
minutesIngredients
- overnight oats
1 and 1/2 cups gluten free oats (used one degree organics)
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cup dairy free milk
- berry chia jam
12 ounces frozen berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 cup water
2 tbsp chia seeds
- cheesecake crumble
1 cup roasted pecans
1 cup medjool dates
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- mix the overnight oats ingredients and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours. you can add a little more dairy free milk to rehydrate the oats before eating.
- for the jam, add all ingredients to a pan and cook on medium heat once the mixture comes to a boil for 10-12 minutes. stir often to avoid the jam sticking to the pan.
- add all crumble ingredients to a food processor and blend until a crumble consistency.
- assemble the overnight oats as you please and enjoy! store in the fridge in an airtight container.
