whether you’re looking for a post-workout snack or a protein-packed plant-based treat, these cups are a perfect way to satisfy your sweet cravings.

plus, the best part is, they’re freezer-friendly, making them a convenient and tasty option to have on hand whenever you need a tasty pick-me-up.

the texture of these high protein yogurt cookie dough cups is a beautiful balance of creamy and fudgy.

the dairy-free yogurt creates a smooth and velvety base, while the cookie dough bites add a satisfying bite with their soft yet slightly firm texture.

when you take a bite, you’ll experience a creamy, frozen goodness combined with the crunch of chocolate chips in the cookie dough.

to enhance the creaminess and make them even more enjoyable, simply let the cups thaw for a few minutes before eating.

allowing them to soften slightly at room temperature will give you a smoother and creamier texture, which makes the cups less icy!

the taste of these high protein yogurt cookie dough cups is pretty increidble.

the dairy-free yogurt brings a subtle tanginess that complements the rich and nutty notes of peanut butter.

the vanilla protein powder adds sweetness and flavor, while the cookie dough, with its blend of oat flour, maple syrup, and chocolate chips, contributes a mildly sweet and indulgent flavor profile.

the sweetness is just perfect – not too overwhelming, allowing the natural flavors to shine through.

each bite is a blend of creamy, sweet, and slightly fudgy textures that make these cups a perfect balance of sweetness that won’t leave you feeling overly sugared but still completely indulgent.

opting for a creamy yogurt is key to achieving the perfect texture in these high protein yogurt cookie dough cups, and coconut yogurt is an excellent choice.

the rich and velvety consistency of coconut yogurt adds a luxurious creaminess that enhances the overall experience of each bite.

it seamlessly blends with the other ingredients, creating a smooth and luscious base for the layers of peanut butter, protein powder, and delectable cookie dough.

when selecting your coconut yogurt, aim for a brand known for its creamy texture.

this ensures that every spoonful of the yogurt layer in the cups delivers a satisfying and indulgent mouthfeel. the coconut undertones also complement the sweetness of the vanilla and the nuttiness of the peanut butter, creating a harmonious flavor profile.

  1. These are AMAZING. I used a soy milk yogurt, dark chocolate chips, and almond flour since I was out of oat flour. Delicious!
