an Easy Grilled Apple Pie Wrap is what you must make this week for cozy season! do you want to eat apple pie but don’t feel like going through the trouble of making a whole one? an Easy Grilled Apple Pie Wrap is your solution!
all you have to do is sauté some apples on the stove top until they’re nice and tender.
then, the apples are gently placed a top a gluten free wrap (or not) of your choosing and rolled up burrito style.

grill the wrap on the stovetop in some coconut oil for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown and boom, you have a 5 star dessert that was made in no time.
i crave apple desserts all season long and this just hits the spot when there’s a time crunch.
if you’re making Easy Grilled Apple Pie Wrap for two, then i would recommend using a burrito size tortilla.

i went with siete burrito size wraps and used two of them. the wraps happen to be gluten free too!
the trick to getting the siete tortillas to wrap up well is microwave them for about 30 seconds.
this makes the tortillas malleable and super easy to both stuff and roll up.
when it comes to choosing what kind of apples to use, i will almost always say honeycrisp!
they are just the best of the best if you can get ahold of some, but no worries if not.
if you’re making Easy Grilled Apple Pie Wrap for two and using a burrito size tortilla, then i would recommend using 1 and 1/2 medium to large honeycrisp apples.
Alex ate the 1/2 we didn’t use because food waste is a no go in this house!

Amazing!!! I made two smaller wraps since I didn’t have burrito size. I also have a cinnamon vanilla infused maple syrup that I used for an even better flavor. I’m out of almond butter so I used TJ’s mixed nut butter (I’m obsessed), and instead of powdered sugar, I mixed a little Vedge vanilla ice cream protein powder with almond milk to drizzle on top with the nut butter. Definitely will be making this again!
Ah, amazing to hear!!
