Ingredients
1 large burrito size tortilla
1 and 1/2 honeycrisp apples cut into slices
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
almond butter and powdered sugar for topping
more coconut oil for grilling the wrap
Instructions
add the apple slices along with the coconut oil, agave, cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup to a pan.
cook on medium heat with a lid for about 4 minutes and stir periodically. remove the lid and then sauté another couple of minutes until the apples are tender. monitor closely so they do not burn.
then warm up the burrito size tortilla for 30 seconds in the microwave. add the apples to the center and roll up burrito style.
grill in coconut oil in a pan on medium low heat for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
add almond butter and powdered sugar to the top and enjoy!
