my Healthy Vegan White Chocolate Mousse will turn those who aren’t the biggest fans of white chocolate into lovers.

this single serve dessert is the easiest treat to whip up within minutes!

i grew up never really liking it much but using white chocolate the right way in a recipe makes all the difference.

it’s usually very sweet and the desserts that call for white chocolate it are typically very sugary.

Healthy Vegan White Chocolate Mousse is sweet but the perfect amount!

you will need a splash of maple syrup, about 1 tbsp and then some melted vegan white chocolate.

the brand that i can usually find in grocery stores and definitely online is pascha white chocolate.

if you can’t find any vegan white chocolate or order some online, you can try cacao butter but it will need some sweetness!

in that case, you can add more maple syrup or add some sweetener to the melted cacao butter.

Healthy Vegan White Chocolate Mousse is so easy to make since you throw everything into a blender!

there’s even some protein in the mousse as you will need about 1/3 cup of tofu.

the other main ingredients are vegan cream cheese, melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut milk.

Healthy Vegan White Chocolate Mousse is a lovely texture as it’s nice and decadent and after setting in the fridge, it’s firm.

i recommend serving the mousse with a berry of sorts and i think raspberries pair the best with white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup firm tofu

  • 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4-1/3 cup melted vegan white chocolate

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk

  • berries for topping if you would like!

Directions

  • add all ingredients to a blender and combine until a thick and smooth mousse forms.
  • place the mousse in cup or bowl and let it set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • top with your favorites and enjoy!
