you will need a splash of maple syrup, about 1 tbsp and then some melted vegan white chocolate.
the brand that i can usually find in grocery stores and definitely online is pascha white chocolate.
if you can’t find any vegan white chocolate or order some online, you can try cacao butter but it will need some sweetness!
in that case, you can add more maple syrup or add some sweetener to the melted cacao butter.

there’s even some protein in the mousse as you will need about 1/3 cup of tofu.
the other main ingredients are vegan cream cheese, melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut milk.

Healthy Vegan White Chocolate MousseCourse: Desserts
1/3 cup firm tofu
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4-1/3 cup melted vegan white chocolate
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut milk
- berries for topping if you would like!
- add all ingredients to a blender and combine until a thick and smooth mousse forms.
- place the mousse in cup or bowl and let it set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- top with your favorites and enjoy!
