Ingredients
1/3 cup firm tofu
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4-1/3 cup melted vegan white chocolate
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut milk
berries for topping if you would like!
Instructions
add all ingredients to a blender and combine until a thick and smooth mousse forms.
place the mousse in cup or bowl and let it set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
top with your favorites and enjoy!
