AND THIS BREAD! ok, which layer do i start with it? the fudgy brownie one? the ooey gooey cookie dough one, OR the frosting one.

let’s start with the beginning, so the brownie layer… it’s ULTRA fudgy and chocolate heaven.

the cookie dough layer is also really minimal! there’s ingredient overlap in both of the layers too.

the cookie dough layer is made with predominantly oat flour while the brownies are made with mostly almond flour. 

it adds good balance and a little mix up when it comes to the texture :).

by the way, you will probably need a fork. while this holds up well (you can pick up the slices), they are delicate due to the texture!

  • oat flour
  • almond flour
  • baking powder
  • cocoa powder

Ingredients

  • brownie layer

  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour

  • 2 tbsp Kroma Spicy Passion Latte

  • 1/3 cup OMG Cookie Butter

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened dairy free milk

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

  • cookie layer

  • 1 cup oat flour 

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup runny OMG Cookie Butter

  • 1/3 cup vegan mini chocolate chips

Directions

  • preheat the oven to 350 degrees.mix the brownie layer ingredients in a bowl until a thick batter forms. place in a bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper or greased.
  • then, mix the cookie layer and spread on top of the brownie layer. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • let the loaf cool down COMPLETELY before cutting into it. NOTE-this bread is super fudgy and moist.
  • store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
