The Best Vegan Classic Strawberry Cake

The Best Vegan Classic Strawberry Cake is what warmer day dreams are made of!

with warmer springtime weather approaching, this is the perfect cake to make for any occasion!

upbeetandkaleingitblog.com is your go-to for easy vegan recipes, especially desserts :).

The Best Vegan Classic Strawberry Cake is SO fluffy, moist and just all around incredibly delicious.

in fact, you will probably have a hard time believing this is a vegan cake.

while the cake itself has freeze dried strawberries in it, you can omit those to just make a plain vanilla cake!

if you want funfetti, add a dash of almond extract and sprinkles, there are lots of possibilities as this is a versatile base.

The Best Vegan Classic Strawberry Cake is not gluten free and i have not tried making this with gluten free flour.

you’re welcome to experiment, but please bear in mind that results will not be the same :).

as for the strawberry frosting, i took a shortcut here!

i used store bought vanilla frosting and added freeze dried strawberries.

to ensure the frosting blends well, just whip the frosting with the strawberries in a food processor until it turns pink!
