going to start this out by saying….YOU NEED THESE COOKIES IN YOUR LIFE. sorry for the all caps, but i’m v excited and enthusiastic about this recipe. Easy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies have been made two ways and i will end up sharing both! after having the fam try the cookies made with both predominately oat flour and almond flour, oat flour won by one vote.
personally i like the almond flour ones ever so slightly more, BUT this version is total heaven. the cakey, soft peanut butter + chocolatey goodness is the happiness you need for the holidays and well, every day.

ummmm HELLO! that center bite just gets to me. my favorite kind of food photography because everyone wants to know what the center looks like, let’s face it. sure, the top can be all pretty and all, but if that texture is not on point….NEXT!

that pre baked cookie you’re looking at, the answer is yes, the dough is flippin’ amazing. good luck not taking a spoonful (or more) to indulge in before the cookies even hit the oven. honestly, how can ya not, cookie dough just hits differently.
you’re only going to need minimal ingredients that you can find at almost every grocery store. if you can’t find bob’s red mill egg replacer, you can just use a flax egg. also, if you can’t find oat flour, make your own if you so choose! just add oats to a blender and that’s it!

what do you need for Easy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies?
- oat flour
- almond flour
- baking powder
- brown sugar
- maple syrup
- peanut butter
- egg replacer or flax meal
- almond milk
- chocolate chips
the cookies only bake for 14 minutes at 350 degrees, so they’re done in no time! a great last minute holiday cookie recipe but obviously something that everyone can enjoy all year round becauseeee…pb and chocolate. YES PLZ.

if you’re not into this cookie recipe, maybe you will love some other ones i have on the blog! check out these other recipes!
