oh wow oh wow oh WOW! this is probably my best dessert recipe yet, at least according to my husband. there won’t be more than 1 cookie left by tomorrow because Vegan Cookies and Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies are the best cookies EVER EVERRRRR.

every last flavor is so dang good. i can’t even pretend that the everything cream cheese isn’t the best thing in the entire world though.

if you’re looking to go a sweet route, i suggest customizing your own flavor with the original like i did!
cookies and cream was calling my name, so i simply added maple syrup, almond extract, coconut cream, maple syrup and crushed chocolate cream stuffed cookies that i bought at Trader Joe’s.
honestly shocked the frosting made it to the top of the cookies because i was ready to go in for additional spoonfuls lol.
whether you make this for your partner, a friend or family member, everyone will love the cookies. what’s not to love about warm, gooey, better for you yet oh so indulgent cookies with decadent frosting.
if these cookies don’t know show someone that they’re special to you, idk what does lol.
here’s what you’re going to need:
- almond flour
- oat flour
- baking powder
- maple syrup
- full fat coconut milk
- runny almond butter
- chocolate chips
- 1 container Monty’s Original
- more maple syrup
- almond extract
- more coconut cream
- chocolate cream stuffed cookies

Vegan Cookies and Cream Chocolate Chip CookiesCourse: Cookies, DessertsDifficulty: Easy
2/3 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp runny almond butter- important it’s runny and not hard
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- cream cheese frosting
1 container Monty’s original cream cheese
1/4 tsp almond extract
1.5 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste you can make yours sweeter)
2 tbsp coconut cream (can omit if you don’t have any)
1/3 cup crushed chocolate cream stuffed cookies
- preheat the oven to 350.
- mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add in the wet ones. mix well until a thick dough forms.
- fold in the chocolate chips and shape dough into smaller/medium size cookies, about 4 tbsp worth of dough. you can make yours larger or smaller just monitor baking time.
- bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. if yours are larger, bake a couple more minutes.
- cool down and then whisk cream the cheese frosting ingredients together. top the cookies and enjoy!
