here is my newest recipe, a Hailey Bieber Inspired Vegan Smoothie! while i am a little late to the game, this smoothie is still all over the internet and people are loving it!
honestly, it’s a fabulous combination that’s packed with nutrients. my version is vegan as i don’t use any collagen and there’s a raspberry twist.
you know, it’s along the lines of her smoothie but my own take on it. while i may be biased, this might just be better than the original.
there’s no added sugar either, which is so cool! you need super minimal ingredients too.
the smoothie base is actually made with frozen raspberries, but you’re more than welcome to use strawberries.
then, i add protein powder, coconut cream, 1/2 very ripe banana, and some vanilla almond milk.
you will also need to make a strawberry puree that’s made with just strawberries!
instead of coconut cream as the base layer, i went with super creamy coconut yogurt and used the brand cocojune.
the smoothie is just divine once you mix everything together!
you get the tangy coconut yogurt mixed with the sweet yet tart berries and it’s just perfect!
i topped my Hailey Bieber Inspired Vegan Smoothie with some almond butter bites, which are completely optional. i can list the recipe at the bottom if you would like it!
here’s everything you need to make my Hailey Bieber Inspired Vegan Smoothie
frozen raspberries or strawberries
vanilla protein powder
unsweetened dairy free milk (vanilla flavored)
super simple and made with such real ingredients! i am always amazed at the delicious combinations one can make from wholesome foods.

Hailey Bieber Inspired Vegan SmoothieCourse: Breakfast, Snacks, Sweet
- first layer
1/3 cup coconut yogurt per serving (2/3 cup total)
- second layer strawberry puree
1 and 1/4 cup fresh strawberries blended in food processor
- berry smoothie
1 and 1/4 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/2 very ripe frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup dairy free milk
- almond butter bites
3 tbsp almond flour
4 tbsp gluten free oat flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp dairy free milk
- add the coconut yogurt to the bottom of a smoothie glass.
- then, add a layer of pureed strawberries. next, blend the smoothie ingredients and pour on the top.
- mix well and top with almond butter bites if you would like! enjoy!
