Healthy Pumpkin Spice Frozen Protein Coffee

are you craving a pumpkin spice treat but want to skip the excessive sugar and extra calories from your average coffee shop stop?

this healthy pumpkin spice frozen protein coffee is the perfect solution!!

it’s creamy, refreshing, packed with protein, and has all those cozy fall flavors we love.

plus, it’s way better than what you’d get at starbucks or any cafe!

taste and texture

this drink is a delicious blend of rich coffee, sweet pumpkin, and warm pumpkin spice.

the frozen whipped cream adds an incredible creaminess that makes each sip feel like a treat.

the texture is smooth and frosty, almost like a pumpkin spice frappuccino, but healthier and full of protein.

better than starbucks or cafes

what makes this drink better than your usual cafe pumpkin spice latte?

for starters, it’s WAAAAY lower in sugar, with just a hint of maple syrup for sweetness.

you’re also skipping on a lot of the unnecessary additives and focusing on more whole, nourishing ingredients.

on top of that, this recipe is loaded with protein—thanks to the protein powder—so it’s more than just a drink, it’s a satisfying snack or post-workout boost. no empty calories here!

substitution options

you can easily switch things up to match what you have on hand.

don’t have pumpkin spice protein powder?

use vanilla protein and add extra pumpkin spice for flavor.

if you’re not into pumpkin puree, try sweet potato puree for a different twist.

for those who want a dairy-free option, frozen coconut whipped cream works perfectly.

if you don’t have frozen whipped cream or can’t have it, you can always slightly freeze some dairy free yogurt in the freezer. the flavor profile just won’t be as sweet!

protein content

one of the best things about this frozen coffee is the protein boost!

with around 20 grams of protein from the scoop of protein powder, this drink can keep you feeling full and energized.

it’s an ideal option for a breakfast drink, an afternoon pick-me-up, or even a pre- or post-workout drink.

how to make it

making this healthy pumpkin spice frozen protein coffee is so simple. all you need is a blender and a few minutes:

  • blend 1 cup of premade coffee, 1/4 cup frozen whipped cream, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 scoop of pumpkin spice or vanilla protein powder, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, a dash of vanilla extract, and a handful of ice cubes.
  • blend until smooth and creamy.
  • pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

topping options

want to make it even more special?

you can top your drink with a bit of extra frozen whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon or pumpkin spice, or even a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

for a crunch, toss some crushed pecans on top! if you’re in the mood for an extra treat, drizzle a little maple syrup over the whipped cream for a sweet finish.
