no matter what you pair with Gooey Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Bake, it’s going to taste like absolute heaven and that’s a promise.
the first layer is a couple of cups of dairy free chocolate chips.
then, the second layer is comprised of the yummiest chocolate chip cookie dough that bakes to perfection.
lastly, Gooey Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Bake is topped with some vegan marshmallows and the brand i used is dandies.
Gooey Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Bake will bake for 18-20 minutes in the oven, and then i broiled it for one minute.
the marshmallows got a bit toasty and if that’s not your jam, then just skip the broil part at the end and bake for a total of 18 min.
if you’re a fan of s’mores, this is such a fun twist on a classic and yes, the marshmallows are vegan!
the brand is dandies and that’s usually my go to although Trader Joe’s surprisingly has vegan marshmallows too!
beyond those two though, i haven’t had too much luck finding other vegan marshmallows, so lmk if you’ve tried another brand!
always looking to try new ones but for now, either of these works perfectly!

that’s it! there’s overlap with the first and second layer too! you need chocolate chips for both.

Gooey Chocolate Chip Marshmallow BakeCourse: Desserts
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 bag dandies marshmallows
- cookie dough
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup runny cashew butter or almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk (any df)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- add the 2 cups of chocolate chips to the bottom of an 8 x 11 baking pan.
- then, mix the chocolate chip cookie dough ingredients together and layer on top of the chocolate chips.
- add a layer of marshmallows to the top and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min. i broiled for 1 min at the end but skip if you don’t want them at toasted and only bake for 18 min.
- eat Gooey Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Bake the same day it’s made.
