Easy Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip CakeCourse: Cakes, Desserts
2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup organic raw cane sugar
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup dairy free milk
3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- homemade or store bought vanilla frosting- see text for brand
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- mix the cake ingredients until a thick batter forms and then fold in the chocolate chips.
- place in a parchment lined 8 x 8 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 37 minutes.
- cool down completely and then add vanilla frosting to the top. store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
