from the richness, to wholesome ingredients and incredible texture, this has it going on.
you should one thousand percent make Easy Single Serving Vegan Chocolate Cake this weekend!

holy flippinโ fluffy cake! isn’t that texture incredible?
i am beyond excited about the taste and texture because both are perfect. itโs hard to get a really fluffy vegan cake in my opinion.
ok, let me clarify, i think it’s hard to get a delicious homemade one made with real and simple ingredients.

alright, so the flours, i used whole wheat flour, so this cake is NOT gluten free.
in order to achieve this texture and rise on the cake, it’s important you use whole wheat or all purpose flour but if you can’t have those, i have other amazing recipes that are gluten free.
also, you’re more than welcome to sub a gluten-free all purpose flour, but just remember you’re subbing at your own risk lol.
the texture will NOT be the same as it is with whole wheat or all purpose flour ๐ but it could still be good!

i did stick a few squares of dark chocolate in the center for a sweet surprise, but that’s totally optional. it doesn’t melt like lava cake or anything.
instead, it’s just a gooey decadent chocolate surprise in the center that makes the texture even more fudgy.
the topping is just melted dark chocolate with coconut oil, again, totally optional!
actually, if i had any on hand, i would have gone with frosting! ganache is delicious and all but is there anything better than fluffy cake and frosting?
