Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice 1/8 cup (2 tbsp) protein powder of choice 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 thawed cometeer pod, or substitute: 1-2 shots espresso or 1-2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 2-3 tbsp hot water or 1/4 – 1/3 cup cold brew concentrate or 1/3 – 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup water ice

Method
 

  1. if using espresso or instant coffee, prepare it first and let it cool slightly.
  2. in a blender or shaker bottle, combine the milk, protein powder, cinnamon, coffee of choice, and vanilla extract.
  3. blend or shake until smooth and frothy. pour over ice and enjoy!
