Vegan One Pot Broccoli Ranch PastaCourse: Lunch u0026amp; Dinner, Pasta
4-5 servings depending on size
- 1 box pasta of your choosing- used banza
1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing-brand i used in text
1 cup creamy dairy free plain yogurt
3 cups frozen broccoli
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
2 cups plain unsweetened dairy free milk
sea salt and pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cups water.
- add all ingredients to a large pot and stir well.
- once the liquid comes to a boil, cook the mixture for 10 minutes and gently stir VERY often to avoid the pasta sticking to the bottom.
- after 10 minutes, remove from the stove and add a lid. let the pasta set for about 5 minutes.
- stir and enjoy!
