Vegan One Pot Broccoli Ranch Pasta is SO easy to make because you just have to throw everything in a pot and let it cook away.

you will need to stir Vegan One Pot Broccoli Ranch Pasta very often to avoid pasta sticking to the bottom of the pan.

it’s worth it though because all in all, the pasta only takes 10 minutes to cook.

then, you can take the pot off of the stove, add a lid and let it fluff up more for about 5 minutes.

Vegan One Pot Broccoli Ranch Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box pasta of your choosing- used banza
  • 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing-brand i used in text

  • 1 cup creamy dairy free plain yogurt

  • 3 cups frozen broccoli

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 cups plain unsweetened dairy free milk

  • sea salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 and 1/2 cups water.

Directions

  • add all ingredients to a large pot and stir well.
  • once the liquid comes to a boil, cook the mixture for 10 minutes and gently stir VERY often to avoid the pasta sticking to the bottom.
  • after 10 minutes, remove from the stove and add a lid. let the pasta set for about 5 minutes.
  • stir and enjoy!
